1. Indomie Fried Omelet Special

Ingredients:

• - 1 pack of fried Indomie
• - 2 eggs
• - 1 spring onion (finely sliced)
• - 1 tbsp cooking oil
• - Sweet soy sauce to taste
• - Sambal (optional)

How to make:

 1. Boil Indomie according to package instructions, drain.

 2. Beat the eggs, then pour into a heated pan with a little oil. Cook the eggs until cooked and browned,      then fold into an omelette.

 4. Heat a little oil in the wok, add the boiled Indomie, add a little sweet soy sauce and chili sauce if          you  like, stir well.

5. Remove Indomie, serve with omelet on top, sprinkle with spring onion for a fresher presentation.

2. Indomie Soup Tofu Feet

Ingredients:

• - 1 pack of boiled Indomie
• - 100 grams chicken feet, boiled until tender
• - 1 block white tofu, diced and fried
• - 1 spring onion, finely sliced
• - 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
• - 1 tbsp sesame oil
• - Chicken broth or water to taste

How to make:

1. Boil the chicken feet in the broth until tender. Strain and set aside.

2. Sauté garlic with sesame oil until fragrant. Add broth or water, then let it boil.

3. After that, add the boiled Indomie, fried tofu, and chicken feet. Cook for a while.

4. Remove from heat and serve topped with spring onion.

Ingredients:

• 1 pack of Indomie Goreng
• 1 egg
• 1 sausage (cut into small pieces)
• 2 tbsp grated cheese
• 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
• 1 tbsp chili sauce (optional)

How to make:

1. Cook the Indomie according to the instructions on the package, drain the noodles.
2. Heat a little oil in a wok, then add the sausage and stir-fry until cooked.
3. Beat the egg and pour it into the wok, scramble the egg until half cooked.
4. Add the cooked noodles, sweet soy sauce, chili sauce (if you like spicy), and mix well.
5. Add grated cheese, stir again until the cheese is melted and well mixed.
6. Serve Indomie Fried Cheese and Sausage with additional sliced spring onion.
